The track is an atonal piece centered around C tone. It mainly uses C, Cm, and C7 chords in its arrengement.
The minor type brings instability, the seventh manifests tentativeness. The C Major chord becomes heavy and boring around them.

The vocals in the verses are typed using the 𝄠 suboctave clef (the treble clef with the numeral 8 below it). Play the right hand one octave lower than written.
“Milkshake Man” is composed with straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats.
