The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Tori Kelly: a predominant vocal style is legato. She pronounces everything deliberately in a careful and unhurried way.
"All I Want" is composed in triple time with a little bit of hard swing (♪.+ a sixteenth note). The 3/4 time is counted as TA TA TA, so it will be hard to practice the piece for beginners because the counting can't accommodate eighteens and swinged notes.
The chorus of "All I Want" was colored blue for you to have a mental scheme of a composition. Play every repetition differently.
The left hand provides with musical texture. "All I Want" is homophonic: harmony supports the vocal line with walking bass and chords.
"All I Want" is transcribed in the original key, A Flat Major, and uses major and minor chords A♭ D♭ E♭ Fm C7.
Notice the ellipsis (omitted chords). Lift the pedal when there is a pause in the left hand.
The aesthetic value of a track is based on motive's variety and repetition.
The dissonance in the C7 chord adds beautiful tension.
The compositions incredibly suffers the lack of a bridge or any development: out of 202 seconds, 98 is a coda that brings nothing to the table. It is a crime not to include a bridge in a song for the Bridgerton's soundtrack.
